We ship all orders using Australia Post.
As an estimate - please allow between 1-5 working days before your order arrives. When your order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information you require to check the status of your order. Please keep this information for reference until your order arrives.
If we do not have the stock you have purchased in either our stores or warehouse we will contact the brand and get an express delivery of your goods so that we can honour your sale. We do our very best for our customers and hope the short wait is not a problem for you.
If your purchase is urgent, please pay the $12 for express postage.
We will gladly accept returns from purchases made in store and online within seven (7) days of delivery, and provide you with a FULL REFUND. The merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not washed worn or altered in any way and have the original tags and tickets attached or its original packaging.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We Are Emte staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
For hygienic reasons, cosmetic, hosiery, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.
